    ATI PC336A-001 F-1A-94

This blower will produce less power down low than a standard F-1A, but will make way more power up top, even a lot more power than a standard F-1R!

Note: Pulley is not supplied with head unit

    • The F-1A-94 will bolt on to the bracket in place of a P-1SC or D-1SC.
    • The F-1A-94 has the same 9" volute diameter but is approx .38" longer in length, which normally doesn't pose any problems. The F-1A-94 uses a larger 4.0" inlet in place of the 3.75" inlet of the F-1A and smaller blowers. This requires a custom inlet to be used on the F-1A-94.
    • The F-1A-94 is a self contained blower, it holds 4oz of oil.
    •  The F-1A-94 has a 5.40/1 gear ratio while the P-1SC and D-1SC has a 4.10/1 gear ratio. The 5.40/1 gear ratio of the F-1A-94 means you don't use as small of a pulley to make boost. Larger pulleys give it better belt wrap (Example o/O)
    • The F series of blowers have bearings that can handle the added forces of a cog drive. It is not recommended to run a P-1SC or D-1SC with a cog drive.
    • A ProCharger Red Race Bypass Valve is recommended when using an F-1A-94, due to the amount of air the blower produces. Past 20 psi two Red Race Valves are recommended or one of the larger ProRace bypass valves.  Compressor surge can occur if the bypass valve is not large enough, this is very hard on the gearcase of the blower. Cracked welds on intercoolers can occur when the throttle is slammed shut and the bypass valve is too small, as can leaks in the intercooler hoses. Blower belts can slip too when the air has no-where to go.
