ProCharger was the first to offer complete supercharger systems for 6.4L/392 HEMI engines. Our company leads the way again with power gains of over 215 HP possible on standard premium pump gas, putting the power output of the 6.4L (392) engines at more than 700HP with optional race intercooler. This rivals the Dodge Hellcat at a fraction of the price, with only 7 psi of highly efficient, engine-friendly boost. Plus in 2015 we added an all new robust bracket system that works with the 392’s new electric steering and our air-to-air intercooler options have new revised tubing for an even easier installation.
Intercooled ProCharger Systems provide the coolest charge air temperatures, largest power gains and most repeatable performance available. ProCharger’s 6.4L Systems and Tuner Kits feature the industry standard P-1SC-1 ProCharger, with self-contained oiling, billet impeller and billet gear case standard. Our highly effective and reliable air-to-air intercooling system combines both a useful mounting location and best-in-class supercharger efficiency to minimize heat production and transfer maximizing our reliable power gains.

Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.
IMPORTANT: POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
NOTE: All Chrysler/Dodge vehicles 2015 and newer have locked Powertrain Control Module (PCM) computers and they require an unlocking process in order to install a new tune. The PCM must be shipped to Diablosport for unlocking so, please allow roughly one week. Another option is to purchase a second PCM directly from Diablosport ahead of the installation so, there is no downtime. It is an unfortunate hassle, but unlocking is required with any tuning modification to Chrysler/Dodge vehicles.
PROCHARGER HO SYSTEMS AND TUNER KITS
Intercooled Procharger Systems produce vastly superior repeatability and drivability. This technology delivers unmatched power gains with a conservative 7 psi and a relatively quick and simple bolt-on installation. Systems contain a handheld programmer with proven tuning calibration, larger fuel injectors and a larger fuel pump. With an Intercooler Tuner kit and custom tuning performed by a local dealer, higher boost levels and power gains are possible.
PROCHARGER STAGE II SYSTEMS
The ProCharger Stage II Supercharger offering features an all new 8-rib dedicated drive system with option of a race intercooler upgrade. ProCharger designed this dedicated 8-rib system to have maximum belt wrap in order to support the truly power hungry. The bracket system fits head units up to the F-1A-94 without modifications to the car, which means no cutting or trimming with a blower that can support 1,200+ HP! Even though this system is perfect for “race” applications, it can be used with a P-1SC-1 at lower boost levels for mild street applications.

P-1X/D-1X UPGRADE
The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than our industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.
All New Intercooler System:
For years ProCharger air-to-air intercoolers for the HEMI/DCX platform have been the leader in HP support and effectiveness, but as always we continued to improve upon that. We designed an all-new system to have even more free flowing tubing arrangements, and less couplers then before. This is great news for those that will be pushing the HP levels down the road, which demand the best intercooler on the market.
