 Once again, ProCharger is first-to-market with 100% complete, air-to-air intercooled supercharger systems for the high-performance 2010-14 F-150 SVT Raptor trucks. The HO Intercooled ProCharger System for 6.2L (shown above) and 5.4L SVT Raptors trucks produces an outstanding power gain on otherwise stock engines running high quality pump gas with just 8-9 psi of intercooled boost. 6.2L Raptors produce more than 600 HP, while the 5.4L 3V Raptors produce 500+ HP. HO Intercooled Tuner Kits and higher boost levels are available for modified engines. 

 Industry-exclusive features of the ProCharger 6.2L Raptor truck kits include the proven and patented, self-contained ProCharger D-1SC supercharger, large front-mounted, 3-core air-to-air intercooler.

 Equipped with a standard D-1SC supercharger and large, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler, the 6.2L Raptor gets fed 8-9 psi of boost and responds with 600+ horsepower that is ready to shred sand, dirt, grass, gravel, pavement, or pretty much anything else that dares to get in it’s way. Again, this new 6.2L engine is still equipped all of it’s stock components and running on high quality pump gas.

 The HO Intercooled Intercooled systems utilize the patented, proven and self-contained D-1SC (6.2) or P-1SC-1 (5.4) ProCharger, a compact supercharger drive system, a highly-effective, air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets, tuning and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto your Ford truck and SUV engine. ProCharger HO Systems come standard with a 3 core intercooler.

ProCharger Stage II Systems

The ProCharger HO Supercharger system for the Ford Raptor has been the benchmark for bolting on 50% or more power in an afternoon. However, with people beginning to add built motors to these trucks and using them in more and more racing activities, the Stage 2 system was created . Even though this system is design for big power in mind, its still available to be turned down for street pump gas boost levels. Stage II Systems and Tuner Kits for 6.2L Raptors feature an industry exclusive dedicated 8-rib belt drive system and P-1SC-1 head unit as standard equipment. You also have two intercooler options ranging from 825–1050 HP, and head unit options available up to the F-1R (1,225 HP capable).

Stage 2 Intercooled System now comes with a new dedicated belt drive system! This new belt drive system is ready to make big power with head units as large as F-1R units. With the ultra high HP nature of this system, the "Race" intercooler also is available with its massive 4.5" thick air-to-air core. This intercooler offers maximum cooling, without causing any adverse conditions such as high coolant temps. Featuring a 100% custom designed core, it maintains the lowest pressure drop possible, while effectivily cooling the air charge temps on these high HP trucks.

Intercoolers

 The Stage 2 intercooler is standard with its high flow vertical core design, and the Race intercooler option is for truck racing applications, or where low speed/high load conditions demand even higher intercooling efficiency (such as towing, etc).
