    Delivering 7-8 PSI of boost representing a 45% horsepower gain on otherwise stock engines, ProCharger’s 2015-19 GM 6.0 Truck applications make a meaningful difference in everyday drivability including towing. The HO Intercooled System includes preformed tubing, larger fuel system, along with step-by-step instructions and comes standard with a 1 year warranty that the owner can extend to a full 3 years for a stock vehicle.  The system also features a shared-drive design for the self-contained P-1SC-1 supercharger and comes with a 3-core intercooler (horizontal or vertical).  Additionally, a choice of the helical gearset option for lower supercharger noise levels is available. The brackets and superchargers have three different finish options: satin, polished, or black. Lastly, ProCharger's patented and proven self-contained supercharger oiling design eliminates the need for external oil lines or the need to tap into the engine's oil supply.     P-1X/D-1X  High Efficiency Street/Strip Superchargers

    The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than our industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.

    These new designs are built on the same proven technology that propels the P-1SC-1 and D-1SC models to near 4-digit power numbers and slightly beyond, and feature the same step-up ratio. The compressor side of the supercharger (the volute and impeller) was redesigned with greater efficiency and less parasitic engine load in mind. This means less heat and less power needed to turn spin the impeller–and that adds up to more horsepower.

    Both the P-1X and D-1X superchargers fit into the same brackets as P-1SC-1 systems and will be an optional upgrade for those who want increased performance on otherwise stock, modern V8 engines–to the tune of 10-15 more flywheel horsepower at the same pulley size (with stock motors running standard boost levels)!

Compared to all bolt-on aftermarket superchargers, ATI's superior technology delivers more low-end torque and substantially more total power than any other supercharger system. In the lower rpm towing range, Intercooled ProCharger systems will deliver more rear-wheel torque because the intercooled charge air is extremely dense (virtually at ambient temperature), the engine is running full timing, and the P-1SC consumes far less power than positive displacement superchargers. At mid-range and higher rpm, in addition to making more power per pound of boost (due to the same combination of greater air density, full timing and less parasitic load), an Intercooled ProCharger system is also able to safely produce more total boost, thanks to the coolest charge air and exhaust gas temperatures in the industry. The net effect is a substantially larger increase in air density, which in turn produces a substantially larger increase in power. History and physics show that applications without intercooling must run unsafe boost levels or octane-boosted fuel to perform even close to an Intercooled ProCharger system.

     The Best Engine Reliability and Drivability 
     ATI introduced the industry's first intercooled supercharger system nearly 3 years before its nearest competitor, and is the only company that offers air-to-air intercooled supercharger systems for trucks and SUV's. Other companies' non-intercooled and air-to water supercharger systems are typically tuned at the edge of detonation, which leaves you little margin for error. However, because air-to air intercooling removes the heat which causes detonation, you can safely run far more engine-friendly intercooled boost with full timing and complete peace of mind. With air-to-air intercooling, there is no need for "band aids" such as ignition retard, over-rich or auxiliary fuel injectors, or water injection. There is also no need to buy exhaust gas temperature (EGT) gauges because intercooling means that exhaust and overall engine temperatures remain stable even during extreme towing, racing and/or summer heat conditions. The intercooler system, which is standard equipment, simply rejects far more heat than it will receive from the highly efficient P-1SC ProCharger. Intercooling is clearly the fundamental solution for reliable high performance, because it substantially improves both engine reliability and power output.
