The HO Intercooled System features a shared-drive design for the P-1SC-1 supercharger, and comes standard with the industry’s largest and most effective air-to-air intercooler for the Jeep Gladiator JT.
These new systems produce a reliable 40-45%+ horsepower gain with just 7 psi, on otherwise stock 3.6L engines running premium pump gas. Available with a Best-in-Class towing capacity of 7,650-pounds, adding a ProCharger system will make towing a breeze for your new Jeep Gladiator. Featuring the easiest and quickest installation available, our Systems and Tuner Kits were designed with simplicity in mind – No permanent modifications are required, with only minor trimming of fan shroud needed for a simple installation. With both the HO Intercooled System and Tuner Kit you also have your choice of the helical gearset option for lower supercharger noise levels, and your choice of multiple supercharger and bracket finishes–satin, polished, or black finish. Black finish is also available for the intercooler.

And after strapping it down to our dyno and measuring rear wheel horsepower, it was obvious that people would be ready for more power. At the heart of the system is our self-contained ProCharger centrifugal supercharger head unit. Built from aircraft grade billet aluminum, it's designed to outlast the truck itself, no matter what climate it's being used in. From arid deserts to the far reaches of Arctic climates, our head units have been put to the test.
Cooling that forced air charge is done by our front mount air-to-air intercooler. With no moving parts, wires, or pumps to fail these units again are built to last and give owners a piece of mind when using their Jeeps in extreme conditions.

NOTE: All Chrysler/Dodge vehicles 2015 and newer have locked Powertrain Control Module (PCM) computers and they require an unlocking process in order to install a new tune. Please click on link here for more details. The PCM must be shipped to Diablosport for unlocking so, please allow roughly one week. Another option is to purchase a second PCM directly from Diablosport ahead of the installation so, there is no downtime. It is an unfortunate hassle, but unlocking is required with any tuning modification to Chrysler/Dodge vehicles.

I took delivery on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition. The Gladiator advertised a towing capacity of 7,000 lbs. I was very excited about being able to tow my enclosed trailer and Watercar weighing in at 6,850 lbs. With a tongue weight scale installed and the trailer level, I moved the Watercar back and forth until my tongue weight was 680 lbs. (10%). I used a two inch drop trailer hitch to keep my trailer level when attached to my Gladiator. I could hardly tell the trailer was being towed at 55 miles per hour on the highway. Then I encountered my first real upgrade.
The Gladiator smoothly downshifted and the tachometer went to 5k and my speed went to 45 miles per hour. At times on long uphill grades my speed dropped to 40 miles per hour. The Gladiator is equipped with adaptive cruise control and could not maintain highway speed on uphill grades. However, the Gladiator did pull the weight as advertised. What I needed was a super charger.
I went searching on google for a super charger to fit my Gladiator. Of course they all told me it would be several months before any super charger would be available. Then I saw a comment about a 2020 Gladiator with a super charger. Good old google lead me to a company called Procharger. I called and ask about a super charger for my Gladiator. To my surprise I was told they indeed had one. However, Procharger told me I would need to order it from a Procharger dealer. That told me a great deal about the company.
I owned a business and respected the integrity not to bypass their dealers. I was given a list of dealers in my area. I chose Brutespeed in Roanoke Indiana owned by Bob. He gave me a fair price and the Procharger was delivered in a few days to Sternberg Chrysler and Jeep in Jasper, Indiana. Sternberg’s installed the Procharger. They now needed to send my ECM unit to POWERTEQ LLC to get a software upgrade. I called POWERTEQ and to my surprise they said the upgrade was not available and would not be available for several months. I called Bob at Brutespeed and shared the information. He was very calm and was confident we could get a resolution. I then called Procharger and told them about my experience with POWERTEQ. Procharger told me they had a Gladiator setting outside with a POWERTEQ ECM software upgrade. The Procharger people genuinely made me feel very confident that I would have my ECM software upgrade shortly. I got a call from POWERTEQ the same day telling me to overnight the ECM. They intern overnighted it to Steinburg. The next day my Procharger was up and running.
I had two pleasant surprises. The first being an automatic belt tensioner. The second being how quite the Procharger is when idling. I believe the conical gears made that possible. Of course when showing off the super charger the sound does its thing. Saying "Hay I’m supercharged". I changed my oil in the Procharger after 500 miles as suggested using the pump syringe provided. It was surprisingly easy. Then with about 1,100 miles on my Gladiator I headed out on a 400 mile round trip adventure pulling 6,850 lbs. Procharger installed my Gladiator was able to maintain 70 miles per hour highway speed using my active cruise control. The Gladiator would smoothly down shift on upgrades and the tachometer would run 5k to 6k keeping my highway speed constant. I averaged 8 miles per gallon on the trip. The Gladiator without the trailer is fun to drive and wonderfully responsive. I find myself migrating to the Gladiator over my other vehicles. Thanks for everything! Craven Performance & Off-Road reported 32 mpg at 75 mph on their 2006 Z06, which produces 1,014 RWHP with 19 psi and 93 octane pump gas.
ProCharger’s own 2009 F-150 has also been used for extended towing duties to national events. For example, towing an 18 foot enclosed trailer heavily loaded with supercharged Harley’s and display material, this truck regularly records 13 mpg and thanks to 425 intercooled RWHP, handles the trailer with ease. Intercooled ProCharger systems deliver the ultimate performance and power increase for towing, daily driving and sport truck applications. Compared to all bolt-on aftermarket superchargers, ATI's superior technology delivers more low-end torque and substantially more total power than any other supercharger system. In the lower rpm towing range, Intercooled ProCharger systems will deliver more rear-wheel torque because the intercooled charge air is extremely dense (virtually at ambient temperature), the engine is running full timing, and the P-1SC consumes far less power than positive displacement superchargers. At mid-range and higher rpm, in addition to making more power per pound of boost (due to the same combination of greater air density, full timing and less parasitic load), an Intercooled ProCharger system is also able to safely produce more total boost, thanks to the coolest charge air and exhaust gas temperatures in the industry. ATI introduced the industry's first intercooled supercharger system nearly 3 years before its nearest competitor, and is the only company that offers air-to-air intercooled supercharger systems for trucks and SUV's. Other companies' non-intercooled and air-to water supercharger systems are typically tuned at the edge of detonation, which leaves you little margin for error. However, because air-to air intercooling removes the heat which causes detonation, you can safely run far more engine-friendly intercooled boost with full timing and complete peace of mind. With air-to-air intercooling, there is no need for "band aids" such as ignition retard, over-rich or auxiliary fuel injectors, or water injection. There is also no need to buy exhaust gas temperature (EGT) gauges because intercooling means that exhaust and overall engine temperatures remain stable even during extreme towing, racing and/or summer heat conditions. The intercooler system, which is standard equipment, simply rejects far more heat than it will receive from the highly efficient P-1SC ProCharger.
