ProCharger Intercooled Cog Race Kit
The Intercooled Cog Race Kit for 5.0 4V Mustangs utilize the patented, proven F-Series ProCharger supercharger drive system, a highly-effective, race air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets, larger fuel injectors, higher capacity fuel system, tuning and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto Mustangs with no major modifications to your car or engine. ProCharger Systems are 100% complete and require no additional hardware.

Designed around an industry-exclusive, dedicated 50 mm wide cog drive belt, the new Cog Race Kit can mount a wide range of ProCharger supercharger models, including the F-1D, F-1, F-1A, F-1A-94, F-1C and F-1R. These models carry HP ratings from 1,000 up to 1,300+ HP. The Cog Race Kit also features a large, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler and legendary ProCharger race bypass valve.

NGK 6510 sparkplugs gapped at .035” are recommended.
The Race Intercooler with 4.5" thick core features a MASSIVE 1296 cubic/inch Cooling Core! As you can see all (3) intercoolers fit behind the factory 5mph impact bumper, and no modification to the car is needed for installation.

Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. Tuner Kits are identical hardware to full systems, except they do not include tuning or fuel components. Tuner kits are highly customized by the end user and are, therefore, not emissions certified.
